I have a bunch of stuff (a garage sale that flopped) including three single bed frames (tubular metal), a few old TVs, two wicker chairs, cushions and some clothing. Is your Honda big enough to hold all that?

Olivier – according to Cornerstone, the single most important thing they need is CASH. You can donate by visiting here: http://www.ottawa.anglican.ca/cornerstone/donors/donations/ and either doing it online or printing out a form and sending your donation.

Mudmama – I will find out what is needed. One thing I do know at this point is that there will be an ongoing need for meals to be prepared for about 4-6 months until Cornerstone can reopen. So if you’re coming here and can cook, I’m sure that would work.

I’m driving to Ottawa right after Christmas and we;ll have room in the car. I can’t afford to financially help out right now but I can donate STUFF (My kids and I were in an Ottawa shelter in 2004). Can you give me a list of stuff they need? I can donate clothing, household and kitchen goods, just let me know what is most needed and we’ll stuff the car.
